Led by James A. Acevedo, CPP, CPS. A battle tested Certified Protection Professional with elite credentials and a track record of protecting lives, assets, and nations. StarRiver/Star River Solutions (SRS) assembles an elite cadre of proven operators. Our network unites decades of frontline expertise in risk management, counter UAS operations, investigative mastery, supply chain fortification (CTPAT, ISO 28000), and critical infrastructure defense. We are not theorists. We are practitioners who have assessed the highest risk environments, built and broken the technology ourselves, and emerged wiser. Lean, focused, and relentless. Our history

SRS was forged in the crucible of real threats. Founded by James A. Acevedo, CPP, CPS, the company draws on over three decades of high stakes leadership. Securing critical infrastructure from post 9/11 Denver assessments to pipelines, power grids, and global supply chains across more than 60 countries. A lifelong tinkerer who dismantled aircraft in his youth, James answered the call in 2014 when mentor Lt. Colonel Bruce E. Wimmer (Ret.) challenged him to expose the emerging unmanned threat. What started as relentless garage prototyping, deliberate crashes, and groundbreaking conference presentations became a decade long crusade. Today, SRS stands as the battle hardened partner for those who refuse to be caught unprepared.
